About us Mrs. Manana Toidze was at the birth of the Soup Factory and started working here in 2012 as a cook of Georgian cuisine. Gradually, thanks to her hard work and reliability, she became the kitchen manager. Manana Toidze cooks exceptional Georgian cuisine, gradually learned to cook Afghan and Czech cuisine, provided on-site catering events and coordinated the team. I can honestly say that thanks to the unique culinary and organizational talent and reliability of Manana Toidz, Polévkárna has become such a popular and still sought-after business. Manana Toidze successfully completed a retraining course in the field of hospitality and thus expanded her qualification to include Czech cuisine. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Mrs Toidze.
